Caro and Philip at the GeneNovate® Final Event in Munich! 🎉

Caro and Philip presented their project, Base-edited CAR-T Cells, alongside many other exciting innovations in cell and gene therapy. Their project aims to develop next-generation CAR T cells for pediatric neuroblastoma by introducing a PI3Kδ E81K mutation through base editing to enhance CAR T-cell persistence and functionality, while establishing a GMP-ready manufacturing workflow for future clinical translation.
